	Jessica Youngblood 2nd Grade Teacher About Me: I have been blessed to be teaching for the past 5 and 1/2 years. We are enjoying our first school year at Martinez Elementary. I absolutely LOVE my job, and can't wait to come to school everyday. About My Family: I am married to Daniel Youngblood, a sports journalist for the Abilene Reporter News. We are blessed to have a beautiful one year old boy named Gavin.	What educational things can I do with my 2nd grader? Have your child read recipes, directions, newspaper articles, and books to you. Take any extra change and have your child identify the names and values of each coin. Help your child count the coins. Have your child create their spelling words and high frequency words with shaving cream (It will also clean your table).
