I was born in Childress, Texas on December 27, 1971. I graduated from Brownwood High School in 1990 and attended McMurry University until I graduated in 1995 with a BS in Education to teach Secondary Math and PE. I then completed my Master’s degree in PE Education at Tarleton State University in 1997.
From there, I started my teaching career at Lincoln Middle School from 1997-1999 as a math teacher and coach. Next, I moved over to Cooper High School as a math teacher and girl’s golf coach for 13 years. I came to Abilene High in 2012 to coach the boy’s golf team. I am currently teaching Algebra I as I have stepped away from coaching to spend more time with my family and other hobbies.
My wife Paula Findley teaches at Johnston Elementary as we have two daughters currently attending Abilene ISD schools. My hobbies include church activities, golf, and NFL football.Tutoring TimesBefore School from 7:45-8:15During Mega-Lunch from 11:57-12:57Conference Time6th Period 1:55-2:45Contact Information325-677-1731, Extension 3159
