The Autism Society of Texas has launched a regional Facebook group for autism providers, autistic adults, and parents and caregivers in West Texas.
This online group is a new place to share resources and connect with others. Click here to request to join the group. Additionally, parents and caregivers of autistic children in West Texas are invited to attend monthly online group meetings. The next group meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 26. Families in Abilene and the Big Country can also click here to join the Region 14 autism email support group.
Those who need additional support can connect with the AST’s statewide Navigating Autism program. This program provides phone and email support to people all over Texas to help connect them to autism services in their area.
