Welcome to 2nd Grade

Hello and welcome to Mrs. Arterberry’s 2nd grade class!  I have been at Austin Elementary since 2013. I am a product of Abilene Independent School District, graduating from Cooper High School. I then graduated from Baylor University (Sic ‘Em) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I also have a supplemental certification in English as a Second Language. I worked in Midway ISD until my husband Jay received a job in Abilene. We have 2 children , Jax and Cali, who attend Austin. I am very excited to be home and even more excited to be part of the Austin family. Go Raiders!
