The Leader in Me is a whole-school transformation model that acts like the operating system of a computer — it improves performance of all other programs.
Purpose
The Lighthouse team coordinates the schoolwide work needed to achieve and maintain Lighthouse status.
Responsibilities
The three main responsibilities of the Lighthouse Team are to:
Orient new staff to The Leader in Me process and ensure thay are trained in the 7 Habits.
Provide Ongoing Staff Development around The Leader in Me.
Own the schoolwide implementation plan.
