Hello, my name is Tina Phillips.  I am the itinerant English as a Second Language (ESL) interventionist for the Elementary campuses in Abilene ISD.  I provide support to help English Language Learners become proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing so they can be successful academically and socially. 

I am excited for this new school year-I BELIEVE it is going to be a great one!
