My name is Amy Packer and I am honored to serve as the instructional coordinator at Bonham Elementary. I have had the joy to be in education since 2006, when I graduated from Abilene Christian University. I taught first, second, and third grade for 12 years before earning my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Angelo State University and moving into the role of assistant principal, first at Taylor Elementary, and then at Bonham.
Bonham Elementary is a wonderful place where we strive to help all children find their unique voice and develop their leadership skills in a loving environment. The teachers and staff of this school work daily to assist students in their academic pursuits while also nurturing the whole child.
As your instructional coordinator, I want you to know that I am always available to answer any questions you might have. Please feel free to reach out at any time.
As instructional coordinator, I will seek out ways to support teachers as they ignite the passion for learning in their students. I will see children as individuals, celebrating their differences and motivating them to be leaders by finding the greatness in each student.
