The Impact Award honors Abilene ISD employees who make a positive difference at work and in the Abilene community. Recipients in professional, para-professional, and auxiliary roles are nominated and selected by their colleagues in recognition of their exceptional efforts to be a force for good in the lives of our students, staff, and neighbors.
Previous recipients are listed below along with a link to a spotlight video featuring their work and community service. If you would like to nominate an AISD employee for Impact Award recognition, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
