Secretary – Student Services

Kimberly Mannke is the Secretary to the Executive Director of Student Services. Kimberly graduated from Shallowater High School. She worked at Texas Tech School of Medicine in the Office of Student Affairs before moving to Eastland, TX where she became a Financial Aid Counselor for 12 years at Cisco College.

Mrs. Mannke has two children and two “bonus” children. Her daughter is a graduate of Texas Tech University and is a physical therapist assistant. Her son is currently attending Texas Tech University. She has one “bonus” son who attends Cooper High School and a “bonus” son who attends The University of Texas at Arlington.
