p.m.To register your 3 or 4 year old for the 23-24 school year:

 Please bring the following with you:

• Your child’s birth certificate
• Your child’s social security card
• Your child’s shot record
• Your proof of address (Must be a Lease agreement or a utility bill with your name on it)
• Proof of income of any parents in the household (Income tax or W2 is best.  If you bring check stubs, we will need 12 months worth).  Copies of SSI, TANF or SNAP. 
• Your picture ID

Registration is available every working Tuesday between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
