My name is Ms. Gabrielle Elsen and I am the Student Success Coach at Madison Middle School. I am here to build relationships with students, assess their barriers to success, and help them improve their school performance.
A Student Success Coach provides support for –

● Mental Health Referrals
Communities in Schools is a nationwide drop-out prevention and intervention program. We offer help to students and their families in the following four key areas: academics, attendance, behavior, and social services.
