My name is April Bockenfeld.  I have lived and taught in Abilene schools since 1996. For 30 years, I was a classroom teacher. Two years ago, I became an interventionist. This will be my first year as a reading interventionist or LLI teacher.  I am looking forward to helping students build their reading skills.
