AISD provides various campus facilities available for rent by the community. Abilene Independent School District welcomes the use of District facilities by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities, so long as such use does not conflict with District educational programs or activities, state or federal laws, local ordinances, or the proper care and maintenance of facilities and grounds. Facility use is only allowed during non-school hours including weekends and evenings.

All requests must be entered via the Event Management System (EMS) and are processed on a first-come first served basis. Usage fees vary according to the type of event/group and the space utilized. Space that may be available includes gyms, auditoriums, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and playing fields. Priority is always given to the education of students.
