Second Grade

In second grade we are learning to be responsible and successful.  Students are developing comprehension and decoding skills to become independent readers.

To prepare for third grade we are learning two-digit addition and subtraction with and without regrouping.  Students investigate science concepts through hands on activities in the classroom and the garden.  Students are able to observe the life cycle of the Monarch Butterfly in our outdoor classroom.
