Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, Abilene ISD is transitioning from Nutrislice to MealViewer for school menus.
Through MealViewer, families can view daily breakfast and lunch menus, nutrition information, and allergens online or through the MealViewer mobile app. Families can also create profiles for their students, select their schools, add allergens to receive customized alerts, and favorite or rate menu items.
Abilene ISD students will continue to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost during the 2026-27 school year through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).
CEP is a federal program available through the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program that allows qualifying schools to provide nutritious meals throughout the school day to all students at no charge, regardless of household income.
Families can get started by visiting schools.mealviewer.com or downloading the MealViewer app and creating a free account.
