Bowie Elementary and ATEMS High School Art teachers collaborated on an incredibly cool art project! Bowie students created their own monster illustrations and then shared the drawings with Art I students at ATEMS. From there, the Art I students sculpted the monsters in 3D utilizing various methods including clay and glazing. The sculptures were packaged in custom illustrated boxes for safe travel. Bowie students were able to visit the LIFT to receive their sculptures! Thank you to the teachers and administrators at both campuses for making this a wonderful experience for students!
