Mr. Tim, our security guard, thought our 5th graders might like some mischief on April Fools. Kiva fraternity was having a fundraiser and we got to join in! One of our favorite things is getting to join in on some campus fun! Thanks Mr. Tim and Kiva!

It may look like we’re just wandering around outside, but really we’re looking for evidence of slow changes to Earth's surface! Outdoor learning is my favorite kind! #chooseabilene #sciencerocks

Our last post of the year! We are all three so thankful for the year we’ve had. THANK YOU seems too small and yet just right. These kids have made our year so great! They made coming to school each day something to look forward to. We worked, encouraged, loved, problem solved and learned all together. We wish well to each of our CFI kids and their families. Happy summer CFI and do BIG things! We know you will. Go War Hawks! Love you all, class dismissed. ❤️Mrs. Varner, Ms. Gibbs, and Mrs. Cruse

Super proud of our War Hawks! At AISD we say “it’s the heart” these kids really are the heart of McM CFI. They cheered each other on tonight and we’re each others biggest support! These kids all ran hard! Evan Pleimann represented CFI by earning a bronze medal in the boys 100M. Congrats, dude! And BIG shout out to Ms. Gibbs for getting and keeping us organized. No matter what place we got you’re number 1 in our hearts! Ala Cumba 🖤❤️
