Abilene ISD will host a districtwide Enrollment Event on July 23 and 24 at the Abilene Convention Center to help families complete enrollment and registration for the 2026β27 school year.
This free, come-and-go event will give families the opportunity to enroll, ask questions, connect with campuses and departments, explore district and community resources, and complete required immunizations all in one place. Families are encouraged to bring their children, and Kona Ice snow cones will be available for purchase during the event.
Families should bring the required documents needed to enroll or register their student, including:
Student birth certificate
Student Social Security card
Legal parent/guardian photo ID
Proof of residence, such as a current water, gas or electric utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement
