Abilene ISD invites families and community members to attend Christmas at The LIFT on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. The annual event features a festive mix of hands-on activities, student showcases, and opportunities to support Career and Technical Education programs across the district.
Holiday Market
Visitors can browse and purchase items designed and created by AISD Career and Technical Education students, including Christmas décor, household items, and unique gifts. All proceeds support student programs.
Santa’s Makerspace
The popular Makerspace workshop returns for its fifth year, offering families the chance to create custom holiday ornaments with guidance from student makers. We encourage families to RSVP using the form at this link.
Student Performances & Activities
The event includes student performances, interactive stations, and the crowd-favorite marshmallow catapult launch.
Culinary Creations
The Sky Café will offer pre-made holiday treats prepared by AISD culinary arts students.
Automotive Inspections
Community members can also support AISD’s automotive program by bringing their vehicles for a free, multi-point inspection performed by automotive students.
Abilene ISD looks forward to welcoming families for a day of holiday fun while celebrating the talents and skills of students and educators across the district. For updates and more information, please visit the Christmas at The LIFT Facebook event or webpage.
