Thank you to the 100+ volunteers that came to Thomas each morning this week and read to our classes and shared about their careers. Our students were able to meet people from the Abilene community and learn about many different jobs.

Dr. John Kuhn - Abilene ISD Superintendent helped Our Texans celebrate 100% classroom attendance. Everytime a classroom had perfect attendance last week they got a can of Silly String to spray. Almost 50 cans were sprayed on him today!! Way to take it like a champ Dr Kuhn!!

Today they were recognized by the Texas Elementary Principals & Supervisors Association (TEPSA) as the Region 14 Principal & Assistant Principal of the Year.
