I'm a Chef and Restaurateur coming from Corpus Christi. I still have two restaurants in operation there. I'm excited to teach our students how to cook. The skills they learn here will last a lifetime. I hope to pass on some of my passion for the food industry. I love being in the kitchen and showing them the techniques to be successful there.
