Crockett Early Head Start promotes and advances the school readiness skills needed by young children. This is accomplished through enhancing students’ cognitive, social, and emotional development while also supporting and strengthening parent-child relationship.

Crockett houses the Early Head Start Program. The program offers comprehensive child development services for children birth to three years of age in a developmentally appropriate setting. The program is designed to meet each child and parents’ individual needs. Our talented and dedicated staff is committed to providing young children and families with high quality services that will lead them to success.
Early Head Start targets pregnant and parenting teens in Abilene ISD. The Crockett Early Head Start works closely to provide services to families to empower them to be successful in school and life.
