Crockett houses the Early Head Start Program. The program offers comprehensive child development services for children birth to three years of age in a developmentally appropriate setting. The program is designed to meet each child and parents’ individual needs. Our talented and dedicated staff is committed to providing young children and families with high quality services that will lead them to success.

Early Head Start targets pregnant and parenting teens in Abilene ISD. The Crockett Early Head Start works closely to provide services to families to empower them to be successful in school and life.

Community Capacity Building and Partnerships:  The Head Start and Early Head Start Programs collaborate with many community agencies to better serve children and families.  Our collaborators include:
