Welcome to Clack Middle School LRC – Come visit our Learning Resource Center to browse our fantastic collection of books, graphic novels, audiobooks, eBooks, and magazines. We have multiple computers available for student, staff, and community member use of our LRC catalog, databases, and other online resources.
Library Media Specialist- My name is Renee Cobarruvias.  I have been in education over 20 years.  This is my fifth year at Clack Middle School as the librarian.  I try to make the library an inviting place to everyone.  In the mornings, students are able to come read, study, work on Maker Space activities, Legos, or work puzzles.  Every other week, Chess Club is offered at lunch.  I also try to offer a fun activity once a month at lunch for students who choose to sign up to attend.

Blue Bonnet/ Lone Star Books Students are encouraged to read award-winning literature such as books from the annual Texas Bluebonnet Award List and the Texas Lone Star Reading List.
Million Word Readers: Students are encouraged to read a million words within the school year.  They are rewarded with a party off campus with the other middle schools.  I am so proud of the students at Clack!  We have had the most million word readers for middle school for three years in a row.  We are working for our fourth!
