I am a Registered Medical Technologist and worked in the lab at Hendrick for 6 years before becoming a full-time teacher.  I have a Biology teaching certification, a Health Science teaching certification and a Registered Dental Assistant certification. I have been teaching in a secondary classroom for 18 years (starting 19th year) and have been at Holland for 15 years (starting 16th year). I teach Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Microbiology, and Registered Dental Assistant. I have been married for 26 years to Randy, and we have 3 children:  Brady (23), Tyler (20), and McKenna (18).  We also have a daughter-in-law, Hanna, who is married to Brady. My classroom is my mission field and my students are my passion.  I am so thankful for the opportunity to get to do what I love and help shape young lives!
