Education:  Master of Science in Nursing, ACU 2004; Bachelor of Science in Nursing ACU 2000

Office Hours:  7:40 AM -4 PM

I began working with the school district in 2000.  I believe that we have a duty to assist students and families in their individual health care needs, enabling them to better learn and achieve their academic goals. If I can ever be of any assistance or you have in questions regarding your child’s school health, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Medication:  All medication must be kept in the nursing office. A parental form is required to be on file in the nurse’s office each year for each medication administered at school. This includes medication prescribed by the doctor and all over the counter medications. The use of herbal or dietary supplements is not permitted at school.

Screenings:
All 7th grade student’s are screened each year for vision and hearing. All 7th grade girls and 8th grade boys will be screened for Scoliosis in the fall. This testing is State Mandated and all abnormal findings will be reported to parents.
