My name is Lori Blasingame. I am married with 5 children. I am from Austin, TX, but have lived in Abilene for many years now. I have taught in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and here in Abilene for over 15 years. I have taught in public and private schools and loved each place I have been. I am certified in Early Childhood - 8th grade, ESL, Gifted and Talented and Special Education. I have had the opportunity to teach ages 3 years through graduating seniors, as well as general education and special education, and I have enjoyed the differences in each age and group. Teaching has been my passion since I was a child, always knowing this is what I wanted to do when I grew up. I love each child that enters my classroom and love to see the excitement in their eyes when they learn a new concept. I celebrate, direct, guide, and love each student. Each child is a blessing!
