Hello! My name is Karen James.  I am the Positive Behavior Support Liaison and a Math/Reading Interventionist at Ortiz. I am a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University (GO Cowboys!) and began teaching in 2009.  I love working with students and helping them grow and become successful in the classroom. I am looking forward to a great year in Abilene ISD.
