Lunch Procedure Changes

Beginning on Monday, November 29th, parents/guardians/guests will be allowed to eat in the cafeteria with their students.  Due to COVID protocols and limited seating, you will need to call the front office to make a reservation. (690-3602) We have a stage area that will accommodate 5 students with 2 guests each for the time period of 10:40 to 11:40 and 11:40-12:45.  We have several lunches that overlap and we are still social distancing in our cafeteria.

1. Parents will be asked to call 24 hours in advance and reserve one of the 5 time slots. We will begin taking reservations at 1:30 on Fridays for the next week.
2. Parents will be notified if all slots are full for that day.
3. Parents may reserve a time once a week.  Reservations needed for future weeks will be considered on a case-by-case basis. (for example: birthdays)
4. Parents are welcome to take their child outside to eat if all reservations are full and the weather is nice.
5. Parents will be asked to arrive a few minutes early to allow for ID scanning in raptor.
6. Parents will be asked to fill out the AISD COVID attestation form  before going to the cafeteria.
7. Masks are highly recommended until you sit down with your student.
