Thomasville City Council

Fifth grade students have an opportunity to run for Mayor and City Council for Thomasville.  Students actively campaign, creating campaign posters and presenting campaign speeches before the general election.  The Mayor is elected and presents the lunch menu and weather forecast on the announcements each morning.  City Council members also represent Thomasville at campus and city-wide events.
