School Visitor Information
Abilene ISD installed VSoft System that documents school visitor’s information. All guests including parents must check-in at the front office and provide photo ID (i.e. driver’s license or State ID) to visit in the classrooms, cafeteria, attend a field trip, or volunteer. Please have your ID ready when you come to campus. A name tag label will be printed for each school visitor containing your picture and what part of the building you will be visiting.
For student safety, our staff will greet or question school visitors, who are not wearing a name tag label, and subsequently make sure they check in at the front office.
