The mission of the Abilene ISD Accountability Department is to:

• Promote student learning and achievement
• Coordinate the administration of the state assessment program
• Provide leadership in the use of student performance data for instructional decision-making
• Prepare reports and presentations related to individual schools and district-wide student performance data
