Lucille Fullen

​Director of Career and Technical Education, Lucille Fullen has been with Abilene ISD since 1996, first as a high school teacher, then as an Instructional Technology Specialist and administrator over the district’s summer technology camps. She graduated from Abilene Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Lamar University with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She is married to AHS coach Mike Fullen and a proud mother of two sons, both AISD graduates.

Mrs. Fullen is excited to be working with the district’s CTE teachers and looks forward to the promising future of Abilene ISD’s CTE programs. She desires to expose students to opportunities, experiences, and industry certifications through high-interest courses that will lead to successful postsecondary careers and/or continued education.
