Maintain and /or repair the following:
• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment
• Replace filters
• Most food service and refrigeration equipment: walk in coolers, freezers, ice machines (excluded rented equipment)
• Fabricate sheet metal for ducts and vents
• Perform preventative maintenance of HVAC related equipment
• Checking and controlling heat and air through Energy Management System (EMS)
• Assist Energy Management Specialist as needed
