- IF YOU CREATED YOUR BAM PORTAL LAST YEAR, YOU WILL USE THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU CREATED LAST YEAR.
- Once you login to the BAM portal (use the information on your BCBSTX ID card to register your account), you will be able to:
- Search for providers, hospitals, and pharmacies in network
- Request or print your ID card
- Check your deductibles
- Check the status or history of a claim
- View and print your explanation of benefits statements
- Use the cost estimator took to find pricing for hundreds of tests, treatments, and procedures
- Sign up for text or email alerts
