  • BAM Flyer – How to Create Your BAM Account
  • Once you login to the BAM portal (use the information on your BCBSTX ID card to register your account), you will be able to:
  • IF YOU CREATED YOUR BAM PORTAL LAST YEAR, YOU WILL USE THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU CREATED LAST YEAR.
    • Search for providers, hospitals, and pharmacies in network
    • Request or print your ID card
    • Check your deductibles
    • Check the status or history of a claim
    • View and print your explanation of benefits statements
    • Use the cost estimator took to find pricing for hundreds of tests, treatments, and procedures
    • Sign up for text or email alerts

      • Accredo will provide specialty medications for our members
      • Accredo Informational Flyer
      • To start using Accredo for your current specialty drugs, call Accredo at 1-833-721-1619.
      • Once registered, you can manage your prescriptions on accredo.com or through the mobile app
    • Coverage Exception Form – to be completed by doctor and sent to BCBSTX to ask for a medication to be considered for coverage

    • Connecting with a licensed therapists for behavioral health counseling (addiction, anxiety, depression, loss, relationships, stress, trauma, PTSD, and life changes)
    • Can also send some prescriptions to nearby pharmacies
